1-When can I return the product?

We offer easy returns policy which allows you to return products purchased from us.

Sunglasses/Eyeglasses can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Prescription Eyeglasses/Sunglasses Once Made cannot be Refunded.

Personalized Products Once Made cannot be Refunded.

Plain T-Shirts can be returned within 10 days of receipt of the products.

Printed T-Shirts cannot be Refunded/Returned Once Processed.

Customer has to Return the product to get the Refund. Customer will be liable for Shipping the product back to us. No Refund will be given on Shipment. 

All refunds will be credited in your ***Eyewearlabs Wallet within 48hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.

2-What is the criteria for return & refund?

  •  In the event of any unavoidable circumstances, or due to any reason the order isn’t shipped out by Eyewear Labs then the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded fully. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division we may cancel your order and refund you.
  • The Tags and Packaging of the Product must be retained and not damaged. 
  • If the customer orders a wrong sized T-Shirt we will not exchange the product. If we send the wrong sized T-Shirt we will exchange the products.
  •  If the order has been processed and the product is delivered to the customer is faulty, damaged in transit, delivered partially or delivery of wrong product takes please we will issue a refund.
  •  However, if a customer submits wrong information for lenses for glasses frames then Eyewear Labs will only refund money for eyewear frames. No refund will be issued for any lenses of any type, prescription, size and color if they were wrongly ordered by the customer.
  •  We caution our customers from accepting delivery of any item whose packaging seems to be damaged or tampered in any form. If you spot this issue during delivery, please do not accept courier and inform our support immediately so that we can take further action.
  •  It is customer’s responsibility to not accept damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. After opening of package if the product is damaged, customer should write or call us at our customer support and log in the issue within on the same date of product received. If customer does not log in the complaint within the time frame mentioned above, then Customer will not get free returns in such cases.
  • All refunds will be credited in your ***Eyewearlabs Wallet within 48hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.

3-How do i setup a refund?

  •  Inform us at our customer support help desk via call us: +917738873602 OR support@eyewearlabs.com.
  •  Once we receive the product, our quality assurance team would inspect the product (Its condition).
  •  Our Escalations team would call and confirm the reason for sending the product back and take a feedback from you.
  •  Only in cases where the product is in its original condition, we issue Store Credits which you could use against your next purchase.
  • No Return Courier Charges will be bared by Eyewearlabs. 

4- How do I setup a return or exchange?

  • Customer needs to courier the product to us.
  • Once the product is delivered to us, we will do a quality check and send a new pair after receiving the old product.
  • While exchanging the Product which are purchased, In case the product requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded as cash in ***Eyewearlabs Wallet.

5-What is cancellation policy?

If at any time you would like to cancel an order, you can put a cancellation request by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat. We shall call to understand reason for cancellation. Once the order is cancelled, we shall send you a confirmation email. If it a prepaid order, we will refund money to your ***Eyewearlabs Wallet deducting the TDR amount (3% of total order purchased).
